Smimpy is a platform that offers influencers their own online stores with selected products from retailers and brands via a collaboration. It is a simple way for influencers to provide their followers with products they recommend and at the same time for you to shop directly from a person you trust.

The Influencer has personally chosen the products which is in his or her store. The shop is based on drop shipping, which means that when you make a purchase the order is directly sent from the brand or merchant of the product.

There is no physical store. The influencer has only created a digital store with products he or she has chosen.

You always have a 14 days right to return a product, as long as the product is returned in its original condition. But remember that items such as underwear, swimwear cosmetics and products with an unsealed package is not part of the return policy.

Smimpy offers free shipping so if you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

At the moment we only ship within Sweden.

Normal delivery time in Sweden is 1-4 days but in some cases it can take up to two weeks.

Smimpy offers free shipping no matter how many products you buy, when you ship within Sweden.

Refunds usually take 1 – 3 weeks to be received and processed. We will keep in touch with you along the way.

If the store fails to deliver the item you will be contacted by Smimpy. Of course Smimpy will refund the reserved money to your credit card for an object that cannot be delivered.

You can either choose to pay with your credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express), through Stripe or by invoice provided by SVEA ekonomi.
